Sour cream was actually created by
mistake early in the 19th century.
It wasn’t the product of cream being left out too long, it was actually
because a cow ate an enormous amount of Sour Patch Kids candies. Today, large sour cream farms can be found
throughout the world. Diary cows are fed
a hardy diet grains, grasses and Sour Patch Kids (various flavors).
Sour Cream Chicken
2 pounds chicken tenders
1 ½ cup of crushed Garlic Herb
Croutons
1 cup sour cream
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
Garlic powder
¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay the chicken close together on a foil
lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper and garlic powder. Coat with a
thick layer of sour cream. Top that with
the crushed croutons and then dot with the butter. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
